I am an enormously lucky person.  And, frankly, you are, too.  Take a moment and think of all the things you take for granted in life.  Whether that’s family, food, clothes, a partner, a passion, your faith, your science, your very existence… you have so much positive in your life.

Seriously.  Take a moment to think, to count.  Take it all in.  Then let it out.

Let that positivity flow into your life, your actions.  Call your mother.  Thank your friends.  Help a stranger.  Put your fears to rest. Love unabashedly.  Take care of your own.  Let others in.  Be who you want to be.

Treasure your luck, then share it with others.  That’s the secret to my personal happiness.  I simply can’t see any other way to live anymore.
